COVID-19 has intensified the isolation that many Canadians with sight loss regularly face, with potentially devastating consequences. We've developed 150 programs to keep people with sight loss connected during COVID-19. But the pandemic has had a huge impact on our ability to fund programs for those who need us.

Legislation on COVID-19 disability payments receives Royal Assent
On Monday, Bill C-20 received Royal Assent. This legislation will provide a one-time, non-taxable and non-reportable payment of up to $600 to support Canadians with disabilities to assist with expenses incurred during the pandemic.

Are you having challenges with using your technology or do you simply have questions about something new? Join us for a forum discussion by teleconference. Tech successes are welcome too! Many heads are better than one! The group meets via Zoom web conference every Tuesday from 1-3 p.m. Eastern Time. Call-in information will be given upon registration.
